Description
Work with client teams to develop research tools, including questionnaires and surveys, to gauge success metrics for marketing events and campaigns
Education
BA or BS.
- 7 – 10 years experience managing complex projects in a marketing or technology field
- Responsible for creating and executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Ability to identify project resources needed and take leadership role to manage team deliverables
- Effectively apply Blue Rooster Marketing services methodology and enforces project standards
- Utilize Risk Management processes to ensure project issues are identified and solved effectively to client’s satisfaction
- Extensive experience utilizing Microsoft 2007 Office applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability to multi-task to ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Expert written and verbal communications skills to interact effectively and professionally with project Business Owners and key team members

Education
At least 2 years of college with training in interactive design, video production, or web programming. Computer science is preferred.
- 5 years HTML coding – must be able to demonstrate ability to hand-code
- 3 years CSS coding
- 1 year JavaScript programming
- 1 year programming AJAX, Flash, or SilverLight
- Some experience with server-side programming using C#, VisualBasic.NET, or Java
- Demonstrable experience building interactive UI for web services and web-based applications
- Self-motivated and able to produce results with minimal supervision
- Strong time management skills and ability to deliver on time

Education
BS Computer Science or equivalent, MS Preferred
- 2-3 years experience working with Windows SharePoint Services, SharePoint Portal Server, and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server
- Custom web parts, integrating enterprise content, indexing, personalization, workflow, and general site administration with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007
- .NET and Web Services programming
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technology platform (.NET) and deployment of both large and small scale IT solutions
- Experience with ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, DTML, CSS and XML
