Welcome to Blue Rooster Building!
In 2019 Blue Rooster Building went through a significant energy upgrade; new roof, new HVAC, new energy efficient windows, new sun shade (winter and summer) blinds, new bathrooms on the ground floor and coming winter 2024, new bathrooms on floor 2. Blue Rooster Building continues to outpace its competition in the local market – not just amazing space, but healthy, environmentally friendly space.
